Clear rates agreed before booking. Small jobs have a minimum charge covering local travel and the first hour on site. Rewires and larger installations receive a written fixed-price quote covering the agreed work, materials, testing and certification.
Includes local travel within the North London service area and up to one hour on site, including diagnosis. This is the minimum visit charge, even for shorter jobs; a repair within the first hour is not guaranteed. Materials, parking and applicable road charges are extra and agreed before booking. Any additional travel charge is confirmed using your postcode.
After the first hour, work is billed at £30 per started 30 minutes (£60 per hour). I confirm further work and costs with you before continuing. These rates apply to pre-booked weekday visits, 8am–4pm; other times are quoted separately.
